    Last updated: January 2026

    Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PDF Plus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

    Description of Service

PDF Plus is a free, browser-based tool that allows you to merge, split, reorder, and extract content from PDF files. All processing occurs locally in your browser — your files are never uploaded to our servers.

    Permitted Use

You agree to use PDF Plus only for lawful purposes. You may not:

    • Use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to modify
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
    • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
    • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service

    Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PDF Plus and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the documents you process using the Service.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDF Plus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Data Processing

You acknowledge that all file processing occurs locally in your browser. PDF Plus does not have access to, store, or transmit your files. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you process and for maintaining backups of your original documents.

    Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
